Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Other destinations may be available at checkout; if your country appears there, the rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
What shipping costs
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee added at checkout.
Processing time

Delivery time

Tracking
You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take a day or so to start updating after you receive it.
Import duties and taxes

If they ship from abroad, this section must state clearly who is responsible for any import duty or customs charge. Unexpected charges on delivery are one of the most common causes of refused parcels and chargebacks.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
We send parcels to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before confirming. If you spot a mistake, message us through the contact page straight away — if the parcel has not shipped we can usually correct it. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund the item.
Delayed or lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for seven days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, contact us. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and either replace the order or refund it. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself.
